Anthony Perez is the founder of Antioch Forge. From his home shop, he makes custom handmade pieces primarily through the stock removal method. As an Apprentice Bladesmith with the American Bladesmith Society, he is studying the ancient art of the forged blade with the goal to someday earn the title of Master Bladesmith. Antioch Forge’s motto is “Chase After the Wind,” based on Ephesians 3:19, recognizing to truly master something you must first be a lifelong student of it. With such an endeavor that it is, it is never-ending like chasing after the wind. 

 

Anthony lives in Buda, Texas with his beautiful, supportive, and wonderful wife, and their two children.
